Our cakes are baked fresh in our bakery with the best local, organic, and non GMO ingredients whenever possible most notably, King Arthur Flour. Our icing is a traditional Italian meringue buttercream made with local Cabot, VT butter. All of our baked goods are seasoned with the finest additions including, RunaMok Maple Products, and Doterra Essential Oils.
Note: Grain Free indicates that these cakes contain no wheat or other glutenous flours. Our products, however, are not "gluten free", as they are made in the same work space as the rest of our bakery's offerings.
